Sixteen Steps to Happiness

" TAKE small steps each day.. you might  NOT get there Today .. but you'll be closer than Yesterday " You would think that taking tiny little steps daily wouldn't bring about change or seem kind of trivial, right?!   However I'm here to tell you, that's not true.. in fact any steps in the right direction for me have meant better than not taking any at all.. Keep moving.. keep pushing through those hurdles/obstacles.. even if the results are not instant, trust me you'll see results.. you'll cover some distance.. DO NOT give up Today I saw a post that is inline with what I have just said & I love to share with you.. if it brings about changes for even one person alone.. ill be happy :) FOLLOW these sixteen steps below to HAPPINESS Push yourself to get up before the rest of the world, start with 7am, then 6am, then 5.30am..pop on that big coat & scarf, go the nearest hill & watch the sunrise. Push yourself to fall asleep earlier...
"DONT put off Today what your future self will NOT want to do Tomorrow" THAT Benjamin Franklin was a wise man wasn't he?! I thought being a mother of 4 children (my excuse) meant that although I thought I wanted to do things for myself I am most definitely far too busy & SOMETHING always came up which meant what I wanted to do didn't happen.. however I just needed to work my day better & STOP procrastinating & using my children as an EXCUSE as to why I wasn't doing these things & BE HONEST with myself (the reality)!! So here I am with my first post..im actually doing it, I set time aside to set up my blog today & no more leaving until another day (which wont happen) and tell myself I CAN do this & now look, I'm here doing it! My main reason for wanting to share things with you all.. is because my ultimate result & achievement would be to inspire other people like myself to do the things they always thought of doing ...
